I have known Richard for 4 years and have used him as a personal trainer for the past 16 months. I was always one to scoff at the need for a personal trainer, likening it more to a fashion accessory.
Exercise has always been a daily part of my life, so for me it was a big step to acknowledge the need for something extra, a challenge. In fact Richard’s sessions made me realise how much harder I could work and consequently how much harder I could work at the gym.
I currently use Richard once per week in a 1 on 1 individual session and once a week partake in a group session. In a group situation, Richard easily caters for a variety of fitness levels, challenges you but always keeps it fun.
Sessions are intense and varied. Richard always ensures levels of success but always raises the benchmark expectation. At the end of a session I feel extremely proud of myself and feel I have accomplished far more than I would without being pushed and motivated the whole way. Richard gets results!!
He facilitates attainable goals so you are always building, and sets realistic time frames where you can actually see change happening. It is so rewarding when hard work pays off and other people notice.
In fact, I have recommended Richard to a few friends who are all reaping the benefits personal training.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Richard. He is reliable, courteous, trustworthy, always eager, encouraging, understanding and always demands your best. He gives great advice on not only exercise but diet and lifestyle as well.
